Your Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford vehicles in line with Ford factory standards .

• Deliver high-quality work efficiently and with attention to detail .

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Collaborate with fellow technicians and service advisors to meet customer expectations and department goals.

• Provide transparent, friendly communication with customers when discussing repairs and maintenance.

What We're Looking For:

• Certified Ford Technician (Required)

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician, specifically with Ford vehicles

• Advanced diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair capabilities

• ASE certification is a plus

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude

• Team-player mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
