Assembler/Machine Operator

We are seeking dedicated Assemblers to join our team, working on-site to perform essential assembly tasks. This role requires individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, focusing on assembling nylon tubes and ensuring precise product completion.

Responsibilities

• Perform two main assembly processes involving nylon tubes.
• Execute the first process by inserting lightweight, long nylon tubes into a machine that bends them into the correct shape, following detailed work instructions.
• Conduct the second process by placing nylon tubes on an assembly board, manually clipping them, and clamping them together, which requires physical effort.
• Attend MTM badge orientation and KFS training on the first day.

• Experience in production and assembly line work.
• Proficiency with hand tools and general labor tasks.
• Ability to follow work instructions and operate machines.
• Familiarity with mechanical and blueprint reading.
• Experience with power tools and machine operation.

• Experience with nylon tubes, calipers, and micrometers.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and work on your feet all day.

Work Environment

Assemblers will work on-site and be required to stand for extended periods. The role includes two shifts: 1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:45 pm and 2nd shift from 7:00 pm to 3:45 am, with a 45-minute unpaid lunch and two 10-minute breaks. The position demands physical activity, including manual assembly tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.88 - $19.88/hr.
