Maintenance Reliability Manager
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong background in heavy industrial manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our manufacturing equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all foundry equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance equipment lifespan.
- Lead a team of maintenance supervisors and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Foster a culture of reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the maintenance team.
- Work closely with the production team to understand and address any maintenance-related challenges affecting production schedules.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in industrial operations.
- Proven experience with heavy production equipment maintenance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
