Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across facilities to identify potential hazards

- Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of safety policies and procedures

- Support safety training programs for employees to promote awareness and compliance

- Investigate safety incidents and prepare detailed reports to identify root causes and corrective actions

- Maintain safety records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements

- Collaborate with management and staff to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement

- Monitor compliance with OSHA and other relevant safety standards and regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or safety certifications such as OSHA 30 or OSHA 510 preferred

- Proven experience in safety management, industrial hygiene, or related field

- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards

- Strong observational and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to conduct safety training and presentations effectively

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
