EMCO Technologies is seeking a Systems Engineer IV to support the transition of our client's telephony systems from Cisco desk phones and Jabber clients to Microsoft Teams Phone. This initiative will modernize NASA’s communication and collaboration capabilities while ensuring compliance with Enhanced 911 (E911) regulations.

• Provide expert-level systems engineering support for enterprise telephony transition.

• Apply advanced knowledge of systems engineering concepts, processes, and practices to technical assignments.

• Perform analysis and design activities related to:

  • Cloud integration

  • Hardware/software systems

  • Man-machine interfaces

  • System-level requirements

• Develop and implement integrated IT solutions that meet operational needs.

• Define and oversee system test requirements, strategies, devices, and systems .

• Direct and manage overall system-level testing and validation .

• Implement measures to ensure E911 compliance , including integration with service providers and verification of accurate location data for all users.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 12 years of relevant systems engineering experience .

• US citizenship is required in order to obtain Public Trust Clearance.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and integrating enterprise IT systems.

• Strong background in telephony, collaboration platforms, or unified communications systems.

• Proven ability to develop and manage system test strategies and execution.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
