Apartment Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, appliance repair, etc....)
- Complete work orders in a timely and professioanl manner
- Conduct preventive maintenance on building and common areas
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls (including after hours rotation on a scheduled basis)
- Prepare vacant units for new residents (turnover maintenance)
- Maintain grounds, pools and common areas as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
Required:
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, HVAC and general repair
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must-Have Traits:
- Professional, friendly demeanor with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Availability for on-call rotation
