Projects will include Industrial, Commercial and some Residential. Can comprehend NFPA code, design/ installation methods, hydraulic calculations & material lists for fire sprinkler systems. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** + Follow procedures to install, diagnose, and repair fire protection equipment + Interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, programs and operational product manuals. + Exhibit effective customer service skills, consistently communicating with the district staff and customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction + Electronicall complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding and obtain customer signatures. + Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation, travel or work weekends, as necessary. + Perform other duties as assigned. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS** + General mechanical knowledge + Experience in Fire Sprinkler/Protection Installation, Service or Design **ADDITIONAL PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS** + NICET certification preferred but not required + Possess and maintain a valid driver's license in accordance with Company guidelines Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
