Position: Turnaround Scheduler
Location: Mobile, AL (On-site)

Summary
Genesis Technical Staffing is seeking an experienced Turnaround Scheduler to support turnaround and maintenance activities at a refinery facility in Mobile, Alabama. This is a fully on-site positionrequiring strong scheduling expertise and hands-on experience in industrial environments. This Scheduler will have strong knowledge and experience with AP Network and/or Navitrack.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed turnaround schedules to support planning and execution activities.

• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, contractors, and project teams to ensure accurate scope definition and sequencing.

• Support contractor onboarding, workforce compliance, and site access activities using AP Network and/or Navitrack.

• Track daily manpower, progress, and schedule impacts during turnaround execution.

• Identify schedule risks and collaborate with stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies.

• Provide regular schedule status updates and reports to site leadership and turnaround management.

• Assist with pre-turnaround planning, execution support, and post-turnaround closeout activities.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a refinery, chemical plant, or heavy industrial facility.

• Strong understanding of turnaround planning and execution processes.

• Experience working with AP Network and/or Navitrack for contractor compliance, site access, or workforce tracking.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site industrial environment.

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous refinery or large industrial turnaround experience.

• Experience supporting large contractor workforces.

• Familiarity with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools.

• Background in project controls or maintenance planning.
