We provide a $3,000 per month guarantee while in training for up to 90 days with the option to convert to a draw plus commission or remain salary based with increased sales production levels as your abilities improve over your 1st year!!! We are looking for good people and are willing to train/pay to teach the individuals that have the main quality we can't teach, desire to improve your current situation with the work habits needed to be successful.
