Our team puts emphasis into living our Vision, Mission and Values to be more than just a service provider our Mitigation Technicians are on the front lines of restoring their communities by being first on site after disasters strike (i.e. floods, fires) and will be leading the mitigation effort to restore the property.

- Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
- Desire to continually learn new things
- High level performance of repairs. We are looking for someone that can complete a wide range of repairs for jobs. This includes drywall, paints, trim, framing, flooring, etc
- Lead crews on jobs as needed
- Experience in several trades necessary
- Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
- Assist in in delivering materials as need
- Assist in other division such as mitigation demo, cleaning as needed in down time
- Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
- You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
