About the Role:

The Punch List Technician plays a critical role in the final stages of construction and renovation projects by meticulously identifying, documenting, and tracking incomplete or deficient work items to ensure project completion meets quality standards. This position requires close collaboration with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to communicate punch list items clearly and facilitate timely resolution. The technician is responsible for conducting thorough site inspections, verifying that all tasks are completed according to specifications, and maintaining detailed records of progress. By ensuring all punch list items are addressed before project closeout, the technician helps uphold client satisfaction and supports the delivery of high-quality construction outcomes. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in construction, building inspection, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate punch list items effectively to contractors, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Track the progress of punch list item resolution and verify completion according to project specifications.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare reports summarizing punch list status and provide updates to stakeholders.
