The Branch Manager HVAC Supply oversees daily operations of a small team within an HVAC supply branch, ensuring smooth inventory control, effective sales leadership, and high-quality customer service. This role requires hands-on management of staff while maintaining order processing and facility standards. The Branch Manager supports regional growth through occasional travel and fosters a productive environment via team training and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory to ensure product availability and accuracy
- Lead sales efforts to meet or exceed branch targets
- Supervise and support a small team of 1-5 employees
- Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain relationships
- Oversee order processing and timely fulfillment
- Maintain facility cleanliness and safety standards
- Conduct team training to improve skills and product knowledge
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in general retail management
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of HVAC products and industry
- Proven sales management and inventory control skills
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Strong team leadership and communication abilities
- Effective problem solving and time management skills
