Newsweek Recognizes Sedgwick as America's Greatest Workplaces National Top Companies Certified as a Great Place to Work® Fortune Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance Contractor Network Coordinator **PRIMARY PURPOSE** **:** To monitor and maintain contractor's files and to ensure expiring documents and credentials remain current. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES** + Reviews and processes compliance documents (Insurance, License, etc) for onboarding and existing Contractor Accounts. + Obtains necessary credentialing documents required for verification + Works with network leadership to facilitate communication to contractors within the contractor network and other departments. + Assists and supports Compliance Manager with contractor communications and research. + Ensures approved (new) contractors have activation documentation including licensure and routinely follow-up to guarantee compliance. + Conducts system-wide Carrier Launches and new Service Programs. **ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES** + Performs other duties as assigned. + Supports the organization's quality program(s). **QUALIFICATIONS** **Education & Licensing** + High school diploma or GED required. **Experience** + One (1) year of experience in general office administrative duties or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience with an insurance company, broker or consultant preferred. **Skills & Knowledge** + Excellent oral and written communication skills + PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products + Good interpersonal skills + Ability to perform multiple tasks and set priorities + Strong customer service skills + Ability to work independently or in a team environment + Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies + Insurance Documentation Experience. **WORK ENVIRONMENT** When applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations. **Mental** **:** Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines **Physical** **:** + Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time. + Must be able to kneel, squat or bend. + Must be able to work outdoors in hot and/or cold weather conditions. + Have the ability to climb, crawl, stoop, kneel, reaching/working overhead + Be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds + Be able to push/pull up to 100 pounds + Be able to drive up to 4 hours per day. + Must have continual use of manual dexterity. **Auditory/Visual** **:** Hearing, vision and talking The statements contained in this document are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by a colleague assigned to this description.
