1. Full Time Monday- Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM EST (includes half hour of unpaid lunchbreak)

1. Accounts Receivable Specialist ( AP )

1. REMOTE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensures all claims are submitted to Medicare, Medicaid, insurance companies, patients and other payers
2. Accurately and timely post insurance payments, and follow up claim denials
3. Generate aging report, analyze and work on unpaid claims within the standard timely filing timeframe
4. Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat)

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk.
2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
3. Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office Suite, and accounting software; experience with Stampli and Sage Intacct a plus.
6. Knowledgeable with medical claims, benefits, eligibilities, appeals
7. Handled Medical Billing for an SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility)
8. Excellent verbal and written English skills
9. Amenable working EST hours
