Load Zone Attendant, Major Events

Every member of this diverse team is essential to our success. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Passenger Loading Management: Direct and manage the flow of passengers boarding and exiting shuttle buses at designated load zones. Ensure safe, organized, and timely loading/unloading procedures, especially during high-volume periods.
- Access Verification: Confirm that each individual boarding the shuttle possesses valid transportation credentials. Provide boarding instructions and redirect attendees as necessary.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as a frontline ambassador for the event. Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and offer guidance to ensure a smooth travel experience.
- Crowd Control: Enforce safety and crowd movement protocols to maintain order, particularly during peak ingress/egress periods.
- Communication: Coordinate effectively with other members of the Vectour team, bus drivers, and event staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly address any issues or concerns that arise during transportation operations, including resolving disputes and handling emergencies.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain order in a busy environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to accurately verify tickets and ensure the smooth flow of pedestrian traffic.
- Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and bus drivers.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and adjust strategies as needed to meet the demands of the event.
- Reliability: Punctuality and reliability are essential, as the transportation schedule must be adhered to without delay.
