NS-USCG-Program Analyst (Admin Support)
Position Description
Clearance Level: U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain Secret clearance
Location: On-site Mobile AL
Position Summary
NetSEA Technologies is seeking an experienced program analyst to provide administrative and documentation support enabling execution of acquisition activities through structured communications reporting and coordination across USCG leadership shipbuilder personnel and external stakeholders.
Roles / Responsibilities
Administrative & Documentation Support
- Develop reports briefings correspondence and presentations
- Track action items data calls and documentation workflows
- Maintain logs records and approval processes
Meeting & Event Coordination
- Support meetings VTCs and program reviews
- Coordinate ceremonial events (keel laying christening commissioning)
- Capture meeting notes and track actions
Program Coordination & Reporting
- Support high-tempo data calls and reporting requirements
- Maintain administrative tracking for MSAM documentation and agreements
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen.
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelors Degree (or 4 years additional experience substitution)
- Minimum 4 years administrative/documentation experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit e
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of USCG Correspondence Manual (COMDTINST M5216.4)
- Experience supporting executive-level organizations
