We are seeking a motivated and reliable Acquisition Specialist to support our teams growth by helping generate new business opportunities. This role is focused on connecting with prospective customers, setting appointments, and ensuring our licensed representatives have a steady pipeline of qualified leads. If youre comfortable on the phone, organized, and enjoy being part of a goal-oriented team, this is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced sales environment. Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest
- Schedule appointments for licensed representatives
- Assign and manage incoming leads
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and appointments
- Follow up with prospects as needed to confirm appointments
- Support the team in meeting new business goals
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Dependable and able to follow through on tasks
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Starting pay: $10/hour
- Part-time position
- MondayFriday, 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
