Job Summary We are looking for an experienced preowned sales associate to join our growing team! The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses * Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills * Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of used vehicles * Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business * Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations * Report directly to the Used Vehicle Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses * Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day Qualifications * Available to work flexible hours and weekends * Self-starter with a strong desire to achieve
