Are you passionate about animals and providing exceptional care for furry friends? Zoom to Groom/Grove Bark Inn is seeking a dedicated Pet Care Specialist to join our team in Auburn, AL. As a Pet Care Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and comfort of our four-legged guests while they stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care and attention to pets staying at our facility
• Feed, walk, and groom pets according to their specific needs
• Administer medications and follow special care instructions for individual pets
• Monitor pets for any signs of distress or illness and report any concerns to the management team
• Interact with pet owners to provide updates on their pets' well-being and answer any questions they may have
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for pets in our care
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the facility

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with animals, such as in a veterinary clinic, animal shelter, or pet boarding facility
• Ability to handle and care for pets of all sizes and temperaments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care instructions accurately
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays
