Customer Service Representatives will be supporting one of the largest insurance and banking providers in the U.S. and will assist with entry-level banking and financial needs. Location Requirements: Must reside within driving distance of our Montgomery, AL location. You will be working onsite at 201 Technacenter Dr. Montgomery, AL Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities:

• Active listening skills, effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to solve complex situations, utilizing questioning and deductive reasoning skills
• Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple systems
• High service-aptitude with personal drive to serve/display compassion and empathy
Willingness to learn and develop skills to improve your work performance

• Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Preferred 6 months-1 year of relevant work experience
• Must have open availability during hours of operation
