Step into an impactful part-time opportunity providing services within a school environment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This contract position is located in the Monroeville, AL area, and is ideal for professionals eager to make a difference in a district embarking on its first BCBA program. The district is also actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and is committed to ensuring high-quality supervision and support as they roll out their new behavioral support model.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred, but open to all passionate BCBAs
- Skilled in providing supervision to RBTs and other support personnel
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with educators, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive behavioral assessments and guide individualized programming for students
- Supervise and support RBTs in the delivery of intervention services
- Collaborate with educators and administrators to promote a positive, inclusive school environment
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Participate in regular meetings and contribute expertise as the district shapes its new behavioral support framework
