Responsibilities- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Process & route mail through our paperless system to the delegated customer service rep.
- Run motor vehicle records, process driver additions & deletions
- Process vehicle changes in our agency software and transmit to the appropriate insurance carrier
- Provide back up support on Certificates of Insurance processing
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Previous 2+ experience in a professional office setting providing customer service or support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Proficiency in learning new technology.
