Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLP license, eligible for certification in Alabama
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience in school settings highly desirable
- Enthusiasm for working with a range of ages and abilities
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to eligible K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success
- Develop, implement, and assess individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation per district and legal standards
- Flexibility to manage diverse caseloads (determined during interview)
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development
