Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLP license, eligible for certification in Alabama
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior experience in school settings highly desirable
• Enthusiasm for working with a range of ages and abilities
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to eligible K-12 students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success
• Develop, implement, and assess individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate records and documentation per district and legal standards
• Flexibility to manage diverse caseloads (determined during interview)
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development
