We are currently looking for a Lead Pest Control Technician to help drive our service quality, team performance, and company growth to the next level.

Position Summary:
The Lead Pest Control Technician plays a dual role: providing top-tier pest control service while also leading, training, and motivating a team of technicians. This role requires a leader who is hands-on, sales-minded, organized, and committed to exceeding expectations both in the field and with their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Pest Control Customers with a high standard of quality and thoroughness.
• Lead your assigned team to complete daily routes efficiently and with excellence.
• Train and mentor both new and experienced technicians in service, safety, and sales.
• Ensure all team members are meeting company service and sales standards.
• Communicate effectively with the service manager, teammates, lead techs, and headquarters.
• Upsell and recommend additional services that add value to customers.
• Model and encourage behaviors that generate five-star customer reviews.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.
• Help foster a positive, hardworking, and respectful team environment.
• Put in full, productive workdays; help the team get as much done as possible.
• Take ownership of team performance and company culture on your route.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must either be licensed or be readily able to become licensed in the state of Alabama in:
  • General Pest
  • Termite
  • Public Health (Mosquito)
  • Lawn and Ornamental
• Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving history.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Sales-minded with a drive to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Familiarity with pest control service processes and CRM software preferred.
• Willingness to work longer days when necessary and encourage the same from your team.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly lift 50 pounds or more.
• Bend, twist, climb stairs/ladders, and crawl into tight spaces.
• Walk and work on uneven terrain and in all weather conditions.
