Responsibilities

• Keep the exterior of the Ford Pro Elite service center clear of debris, water plants, empty trash and ensure the building is ready to receive fleet guests
• Assist the mobile service team by keeping the lobby, conference room and other public areas neat and well-stocked
• Ensure the tidiness of the Ford Pro Elite shop by helping technicians remove trash, boxes, spills, etc. throughout the day
• Clean floor with the floor cleaning machine daily
• Ensure the overhead doors are clean and functioning properly
• Keep the entrance to the shop clean and clear of anything that would interfere with moving vehicles in and out
• When vehicles arrive, prepare them for service following shop processes
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, Ford Pro Elite shop, and parking lot as needed
• Retrieve and deliver repaired vehicles to the service lane or directly to fleet guests
• Make sure vehicles are clean before returning them to fleet guests
• Greet guests in a friendly manner as they approach you and direct them to the appropriate personnel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Minimum one year of commercial cleaning experience
• Ability to drive and park over-size vehicles
• Ability to drive vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions, required
• Ability to work flexible schedules and some Saturdays
• Positive, can-do attitude with an eagerness to help others
• Neat and professional appearance
• Ability to lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen, and subsequent random drug screens
