Maintenance Team Leader

Description

This 2nd shift maintenance lead is a working leader who will lead from the floor, drive PMs, takes ownership, holds the team accountability, and is the first escalation point for breakdowns and technical decisions on 2nd shift. shift: 2nd - hours: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm - Candidates need to have experience with Press and Assembly experience - the company is a metal stamping plant - 8 massive presses total in the plant - ranging from 300 tons to 1,500 tons - electrical troubleshooting - also working with HMIs, servo motors, and Allen Bradley PLCs - MUST be able to do robot teach pendant - ABB and Fanuc robots - must have at least 3 years of leadership experience
