YOUR DAY:

You'll have a 4-day workweek, working Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM!

As our Chiropractic Office Assistant, your day is anything but routine. This position is the backbone of the office, juggling responsibilities from answering calls and welcoming clients to handling the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the office running like a well-oiled machine. You'll start by greeting patients with a warm, welcoming smile, setting the tone for their visit. The phone rings-you confidently answer, guiding a new patient through the scheduling process and ensuring they feel excited to come in. Meanwhile, a patient at the desk needs to check out, another is asking about rescheduling, and a team member needs assistance-all at once. You handle it seamlessly, juggling multiple tasks without breaking a sweat. Organization is key as you update the calendar, process transactions, audit patient files, and ensure everything runs smoothly. When tensions rise-perhaps a patient is frustrated about an insurance issue or a delay-you step in, handling the situation with professionalism and confidence. You're also the office quarterback, keeping everything flowing by directing doctors and team members where they need to be. No two days are ever the same, and that's exactly what makes this role exciting!

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 year of management experience
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • 1+ years of experience in sales
  • Proficiency with computers and technology
  • Great phone etiquette with amazing people skills
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
  • A warm and friendly personality
