- Personal care assistance — Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene support.
- Mobility and transfers — Helping clients walk, use wheelchairs, or transfer safely.
- Companionship — Conversation, emotional support, and engagement in activities.
- Meal preparation — Cooking, planning meals, and ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Housekeeping — Light cleaning, laundry, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining a safe environment.
- Medication reminders — Non‐clinical reminders to take prescribed medications.
- Transportation support — Driving or accompanying clients to appointments or errands.
- Monitoring and reporting — Observing changes in condition and reporting to supervisors or family.
- Support for disabilities — Assisting individuals with quadriplegia, TBI, or significant limitations.
