As a seasonal Busser at the Lakewood Clubhouse or Sweetwater Café & Pool, you will play a vital role in supporting the dining team by ensuring that tables are quickly cleared and reset for new guests. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, assisting with food and beverage deliveries, and helping with stocking supplies to ensure smooth service. By working closely with the servers and kitchen team, you will help create a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Assist in providing excellent service by clearing and resetting tables quickly, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
• Table Maintenance: Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for new guests by removing dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly.
• Order Assistance: Support servers by delivering food and beverages to guests as needed, ensuring timely service and attention to detail.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces to create a pleasant atmosphere.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and serving teams to ensure efficient service and quick turnaround between guest seating.
• Stocking & Restocking: Assist with stocking supplies, including glassware, utensils, and napkins, ensuring the dining area remains fully equipped for smooth operations.
