District Sales Manager, PEMB

(Territory: AL, MS, GA, TN)

We’re looking for a proven sales leader in the Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) industry to drive growth across a high-potential territory in the Southeast. This is a remote role with significant autonomy and the support of an experienced estimating, engineering, and operations team. You’ll be on the front lines with contractors, erectors, and builders—shaping projects from design through delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and grow sales across AL, MS, GA, TN
• Partner with GCs, furnish-and-erect contractors, design-build firms, and erectors
• Leverage your PEMB expertise to guide customers from design through delivery
• Manage and forecast your pipeline with accuracy and discipline
• Analyze the territory, uncover opportunities, and execute a growth plan
• Represent the company at builder meetings, trade shows, and industry events
• Collaborate with in-house technical teams to ensure execution excellence and customer satisfaction

What You Bring

• Direct PEMB sales experience (required)
• 5+ years in sales, business development, or account management within PEMB/structural steel
• Strong technical knowledge of PEMB systems and erection practices
• Proven ability to grow a territory and achieve tonnage/revenue goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel 50% (typically every other week)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or engineering (preferred)
