As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that can help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, observe and report unusual activity, and communicate clearly with site personnel and visitors while delivering strong customer service. You will succeed through teamwork, agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to on-site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial chemical location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, production-adjacent areas, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor processing, badge and/or credential checks, and direction to approved areas in accordance with site rules and protective equipment requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, assisting with evacuations and/or shelter directives, and documenting actions taken.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to site contacts, and support investigations by preserving observations and maintaining chain-of-custody procedures for found items when applicable.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
