PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER - START ASAP!

Huntsville, Alabama | 1st & 2nd Shift Available

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Team Members to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Huntsville, Alabama. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in quality work and are looking for stable, long-term employment in a professional production environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform assembly and production tasks on the manufacturing line in accordance with quality and safety standards
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality requirements
• Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Follow standardized work instructions and production schedules
• Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
• Meet daily production goals and contribute to overall team performance
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required — we will train the right candidates
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are a must
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• 1st Shift $14 per hour plus bonus | 2nd Shift $15 per hour plus bonus - Will increase after 90 days!
• Weekly pay
• Temp-to-hire after 90 days
• Clean, climate-controlled work environment
• Potential for overtime
