3rd Shift Production Supervisor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $24.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift ( Sunday through Friday from 10:00pm to 06:00am )

• Manage daily production in a plastic molding facility
• Oversee a team of operators and ensure efficient operation
• Monitor production quality by examining molded parts, quality reports, and implement corrective actions to maintain standards
• Ensure safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe and orderly work environment Identify opportunities for process optimization, implement new techniques to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize downtime
• Leadership Communication with staff and management
• Skill in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions for production or quality issues.

3rd Shift Production Supervisor Qualifications:

• Supervisor experience required
• Plastic molding experience preferred
• HS Diploma required
• Must be available to train on 1st shift, then move to 3rd shift.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
