- Lead and support restaurant operations during each shift.
- Coach and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
- Complete daily paperwork, shift inventories, and operational reports.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
- Train team members on restaurant procedures, POS systems, and customer service best practices.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
- Previous restaurant experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude with a passion for developing people and serving guests.
