Hospital C: The facility is located approximately 1.5 hrs. from Montgomery and an hour from Jackson. Need:
January 24th 6a-6a 24 hrs.
March 28th 6a-6a 24hrs. Avg. # of patients during a 24 hr. period 11-12 | approx. 6k annual visits
Trauma patients are stabilized and transferred to nearby facilities
Solo physician coverage assisted with either 2 RNs or 1 RN|1 LPN
X-ray, CT & Lab on site and always staffed
Remote radiologist reads all CTs and X-rays
EMR: implemented
ER has a very private physician suite that offers a bed, shower, refrigerator, etc. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hospital W: This facility is located 45 min. from Birmingham. Great facility with very seasoned staff! Shifts run 6-6
Avg. 15 patients in 12 hrs.
EMR: MediHost EDIS
This is newly constructed ED that offers approx.9500 sq ft. with 10 private rooms ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hospital T: This hospital is located 45 minutes to 1 hour from Montgomery & Auburn and
1 hr. 45 min. from Birmingham. Shifts run 7-7
Census: Avg. 20 patients in 24 hours | 7-8k annual visits
EMR is implemented
Physician quarters available while on duty.
