Owner-Direct Project Developer (Rainmaker)

Gulf Coast Territory | Mobile, Alabama

Earnings Potential

• 1099 independent contractor
• No base salary
• Commission at 15% to 30% of project profit
• Target earnings $250K+

Territory

Gulf Coast coverage across Alabama, Florida, and Louisiana.

Headquarters is in Mobile, Alabama, but this role is driven by your relationships and what you build in the market.

The owner spent over 30 years as a top sales executive at Johnson Controls and built this model based on what actually works in the field.

What You Will Do

Build relationships with facility owners and operators

Identify operational and infrastructure problems

Work with internal teams to develop solutions

Turn those opportunities into projects and service agreements

Create repeat business and long-term relationships

What Success Looks Like

You build your own pipeline

You create projects directly with decision makers

You develop recurring service relationships

You generate consistent project flow

Compensation Structure
