This position is built for drivers who value reliable miles, practical equipment, and a steady over-the-road schedule.Pay & Home Time: Weekly pay is $1,400 to $1,700, with additional earning potential through the performance bonus program. Drivers are typically out 7–10 days before returning home for a 34–48 hour reset, providing a dependable balance between productive miles and time at home.Your Equipment: You'll operate late-model Peterbilt trucks along with other well-maintained equipment designed for regional operations.Automatic transmission equipmentInverter and refrigerator includedAssigned equipment may be taken homeDriver-focused setup for extended tripsThe combination of no-touch freight and mostly drop-and-hook loads helps reduce time spent at customer facilities, allowing drivers to stay focused on the road.The Route: Drivers primarily operate east of I-35 hauling regional dry van freight. Most freight is drop and hook, helping minimize delays while supporting consistent weekly productivity.
