Tool Technician – Injection Mold Maintenance
Seeking an experienced Tool Technician with 5+ years of hands-on plastic injection mold repair and maintenance experience .
Key Requirements:
- Repair, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on plastic injection molds.
- Experience with mold components including cores, cavities, slides, lifters, and ejector systems.
- Ability to operate manual tool room equipment such as mills, lathes, and surface grinders.
- TIG welding and mold repair experience preferred.
- Strong blueprint reading and precision measurement skills.
- Experience troubleshooting molds in a production environment.
- Knowledge of hot runner systems is a plus.
- Injection molding manufacturing experience required.
Preferred Backgrounds:
Toolmaker, Mold Maker, Mold Maintenance Technician, Mold Repair Technician, Tool Room Technician, or Injection Mold Technician.
