Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with expertise in multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project development, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities and exceptional communication skills to work closely with stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
- Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project feasibility.
- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Conduct regular site meetings and maintain effective communication with all parties involved.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation and reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in multifamily projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
- $120,000 - $150,000 base salary (DOE)
- End of year discretionary bonus
- Any travel needed will be covered by company
