We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. This role involves overseeing electrical projects, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations, and mentoring junior electricians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, install, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
- Supervise and train junior electricians and apprentices.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical technology.
- Valid Master Electrician license.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
