Archetype Health is a small but dynamic holistic chiropractic and functional health clinic in Homewood, Alabama . We’re looking for a Clinic Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and enjoys being part of a close-knit team that genuinely cares about people’s health, growth, and well-being.

About the Role

This position blends office management and administrative leadership . You’ll oversee the daily operations of the clinic, manage staff and schedules, support patient accounts, and help ensure every aspect of the office runs smoothly. Because we’re a smaller team, this role is hands-on and highly valued — you’ll have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Manage employee schedules, time-off requests, and performance feedback (including coaching and write-ups when necessary)

• Handle administrative duties including payroll coordination, vendor relations, and office supply management

• Manage patient accounts, billing follow-up, and insurance verification

• Track payments, reconcile balances, and maintain accurate financial and scheduling reports

• Support onboarding, training, and communication between staff and leadership

• Maintain office compliance, EHR accuracy, and organized administrative systems

• Collaborate with clinic owners to support growth, efficiency, and team culture

Ideal Candidate

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask

• Confident with numbers, scheduling, and operational details

• Familiar with EHR systems (experience in healthcare or chiropractic preferred)

• Knowledgeable in insurance verification and patient billing

• Excellent communicator and team leader

• Dependable, professional, and motivated to help others succeed

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule

• $50,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience)
