As a Houseperson , your primary responsibility is to support the housekeeping team and maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel. This includes completing tasks like cleaning lobby windows, hallways, and floors, managing linen and laundry, and ensuring cleanliness in public areas. You'll also handle guest requests and play a key role in delivering a positive and enjoyable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• General Cleaning: Maintain a high level of cleanliness by completing assigned tasks, including cleaning lobby windows, hallways, and floors.
• Linen Management: Deliver clean linen to closets, remove soiled linen from housekeeper carts, and manage the disposal of dirty linen and trash.
• Detail Cleaning: Clean vents, walls, and carpet edges to maintain a fresh, hygienic environment throughout the property.
• Supply Distribution: Ensure well-stocked closets with clean glasses, coffee mugs, and linens for guest rooms.
• Support Housekeeping Operations: Assist housekeepers by managing linen flow and restocking linen rooms as needed.
• Guest Requests: Prioritize special guest requests and ensure timely delivery to enhance the guest experience.
• Public Area Maintenance: Regularly clean vending areas, hallways, and corridors to maintain a welcoming environment for guests.
• Equipment Maintenance: Follow the maintenance schedule for housekeeping equipment and report any issues promptly.
• Trash Removal: Empty housekeeper trash and maintain cleanliness in public areas.
