About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas.
• Follow food safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient operations.
• Monitor inventory levels of grill supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Assist in menu planning and recipe development for new grilled items.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and accommodating special requests.
• Stay updated on grilling techniques and trends to enhance menu offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of various grilling techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school training is a plus.
• Passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Must possess a valid food handler's permit or be willing to obtain one.
