Wonderly Lights of Birmingham (WLB) is hiring motivated and detail-oriented individuals with roofing, gutter, window, and/or low voltage installation backgrounds to serve as Christmas Light / Holiday Light Installers .

Comfort working on ladders and roofs is a requirement for this position.

WLB will provide paid hands-on training for all installers.

Responsibilities:

• Install Holiday lights and greenery from a ladder and/or on the roof of residential homes.
• Assist with ground-level installations as needed.
• Run low voltage wire from home exterior outlets to different parts of the installation.
• Troubleshoot basic power issues.
• Takedown, organize and pack-up Holiday lights at the end of the season for storage by WLB.

Qualifications:

• MUST be able to carry, climb and work from ladders and on roofs.
• Previous experience in roofing, window cleaning, or similar industry preferred.
• Prioritize safety first approach to all aspects of the job.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
• Customer Service Mindset: cheerful, professional, friendly.
• Attention to detail.
• Integrity and dependability. Punctual.
• Ability to work overtime and during weekends during the short installation season.
