Join our dynamic team as a Water Restoration / Floor Cleaning Technician. This energetic position involves performing detailed cleaning of carpet, tile and upholstery, in addition to Water Restoration Services. We have one of the areas only full service rug washing facilities. Duties

• Execute thorough cleaning of floors, including tile, hardwood, laminate, and carpeted surfaces, ensuring they are restored to optimal condition

• Utilize specialized equipment for washing rugs in plant

• Utilize specialized equipment for water extraction and structure drying

• Follow established protocols for water damage mitigation, including moisture detection and drying techniques

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and stored after use

• Assist with janitorial and custodial tasks as needed to support overall facility cleanliness and safety

• Document work performed accurately, including before-and-after photos and detailed reports of restoration progress

• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of projects

Experience

• Experience not necessary.

• Knowledge of water restoration processes and equipment is a plus but not required—training will be provided

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in physically demanding situations

• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients
