Responsibilities:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Operating simple Point of Sale System
• Superior communication skills
• Demonstrate consistent telephone etiquette
• Keep stations clean and sanitary
• Assist in up-selling salon products and services
• Assist with laundry and linens as needed

Qualifications:

• Alabama Cosmetology or Barbering License
• Gain a knowledge of products sold by the salon
• Exhibit basic computer skills
• Accurate use of an office phone
• Excellent verbal communication skills with customers
• Reliable transportation to meet scheduling requirements
