Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic port location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and innovation, while working as part of a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting them through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of gates, parking areas, administrative buildings, warehouses, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security-related issues.
• Monitor entry and exit points for pedestrians and vehicles, verify authorized access when required, and help to deter unauthorized activity through visible presence and professional communication.
• Support daily operations by observing site conditions, reporting maintenance and security-related hazards, and assisting with directions and general information as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
