Marc Bynum Concepts is a rapidly growing restaurant group with multiple new locations and innovative concepts launching soon. We’re seeking talented, motivated Chefs to join our team and help elevate our culinary standards across our brands.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality dishes consistently in a fast-paced environment
• Assist in menu development, recipe testing, and seasonal updates
• Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization standards
• Lead by example with professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude
• Support training and development of kitchen staff
• Manage prep, inventory, and daily kitchen operations
• Collaborate with leadership to uphold brand standards and guest experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a sous chef, or chef
• Strong knife skills and understanding of culinary techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passion for food, creativity, and continuous learning
• Ability to handle off premise catered events
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
