Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Water Pump Mechanic to join our team in Montgomery, AL, 36117. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various water pump systems. If you have a passion for mechanics and enjoy working in a hands-on environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair water pump systems and related equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on pumps and systems.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanics preferred.
- Hands-on experience repairing pumps, motors, hydrualics, or comparable rotating equipment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
