Lease End Experience Intern - JM Family - Alabama, United States

The JM Family College Internship Program is designed to create an opportunity for college students to have meaningful work experiences that tie to their programs of study. As part of this program, you will actively contribute to your team’s success, learn about JM Family’s companies and culture while obtaining new skills through learning opportunities, networking events, and much more.

The ideal candidate will be available to work full-time during the Summer Internship Program ( May 26th, 2026 - July 31st, 2026).

Interns will engage in meaningful work and gain insights into specific projects or tasks, providing hands-on experience and contributing to various department initiatives. As a Lease End Experience and Customer Care Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our teams. You will participate in training sessions to gain a high-level overview of customer care along with lease end processes and systems. The intern will assist us in implementing new strategies to boost morale and job satisfaction which will lead to a more motivated, competent and engaged workforce. The intern’s contribution will not only support our immediate team objectives but also our broader organizational goals of delivering exceptional customer service, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the successful integration and retention of new team members.

Responsibilities:

• Review data points along with Glint survey results to provide innovative approaches to enhance both associate and customer satisfaction through your contributions
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers and associates to address critical areas for improvement
• Support various projects, including process improvement initiatives
• Help document processes and create training materials that will support the new hire onboarding
• Provide feedback on improvements related to our new hire training and transition process
• Contribute to driving the team’s efficiency and effectiveness, maximizing the potential of our existing resources
• Support our team’s objectives and align with our broader organizational goals

Qualifications:

• This is a full-time position based out of Mobile, AL, with flexible working arrangements depending on the business need.
• The ideal candidate will be actively enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s, or other degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university, with a focus in a relevant field. Candidates in related fields will also be considered. Must have completed at least one semester of coursework.
• Relevant completed coursework may include classes related to the role or similar.
• Additional requirements or preferred qualifications may include specific skills or experiences.
